Do you know what to do, you’ve tried, but something still seems to be in the way?

 

I walk with you if you are ready to feel better — keeping things simple and letting nature guide the way. Together, we follow pathways that reconnect you with what your body truly needs.

 

Whether you’re living with an autoimmune condition (like myself), struggling with energy or stress, or just tired of trying to figure it all out alone — I’m here to walk beside you.

I’m based in London but work with clients across the UK and internationally, offering sessions online in English or Spanish. In-person coaching is also available in London, depending on location.

Is Health Coaching what you need?

  • I work with you in one-to-one sessions where you can truly be yourself—supported, never judged or pressured. Whether you’re just starting to explore what your health needs from an integrative perspective, or you already know what you’d like to change.

  • Coaching doesn’t give you a list of things you must do or impose specific health rules. Instead, it gently guides you towards the right path and offers ideas you can weave into your daily life.​

  • When I say my approach is integrative, I mean I’ll guide you to explore areas like your emotions, mindset, sleep, diet, sense of purpose, movement, and relationships. Everything is connected, and true health means caring for ourselves as a whole.​

  • Feel free to book a call and share what you think you might need. If coaching isn’t quite the right fit, I may still be able to guide you towards someone who can support you.

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is an autoimmune condition that requires management by a Nutritional Therapist (NT) or Doctor. This may involve thyroid medication, blood tests, and specific supplements.

Dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and mind-body techniques are key to managing the condition. Once you have a plan from your doctor or NT, the real challenge is implementing it.

This is where my coaching can help. As someone managing Hashimoto's myself, I understand what you're going through and can guide you on the path to better health.

What health means for me?

Health reflects in how I feel in my body and mind each day. It means having energy, feeling calm, and living with purpose — in a way that my thoughts, feelings, and actions all feel aligned.

You’ve probably heard a lot about the key areas for health (Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Stress...) and that’s great, because they are an amazing foundation. But did you know your thoughts also affect your biology? And exposing to plenty of natural light daily is crucial for your health? Or that a meaningful chat with someone you love, a hug, or singing your favourite song can help release oxytocin, easing stress and supporting your wellbeing? Or that too many toxins in plastics or cleaning products, might be affecting you?

That’s why my approach is integrative — looking at the whole of you, the spaces you spend time in, your routines, and the people around you, to uncover what truly supports your health and what might be getting in the way.
