Hello! I’m Pilar, a certified and registered Health & Nutrition Coach. I specialise in helping women take control of their health naturally—whether it’s reducing inflammation, managing stress, or navigating autoimmune conditions.
Health should feel empowering, not overwhelming. That’s why I personalise my coaching to fit your needs, making lasting change simple and achievable.
Based in London, I work with clients across the UK and internationally in English or Spanish. Most sessions are online for flexibility, but in-person coaching is available too.
