My journey
I became a health coach because I believe knowledge and action can prevent future health conditions and help manage existing ones. Our bodies have incredible healing potential when supported with the right food, sunlight, lifestyle, and fewer toxins.
My journey
My connection with natural health began early in life. I still remember the day my mum handed me a glass of lettuce juice with grated coconut to bring down a fever — no medicine, just nature. She had completely changed her lifestyle and filled our home with fruits, veggies, and natural remedies. That shift left a mark on me.
Years later, it was my older sister who inspired my deeper passion for health and nutrition - she became my mentor before I started to study.
I am a certified Nutrition & Health Coach, currently advancing my expertise through a Nutritional Therapy diploma. My mission is to empower professionals to restore their energy, manage stress, autoimmune conditions, and naturally achieve health improvements.

Over time, I’ve worked on managing stress, letting go of perfectionism, creating a low-tox environment, improving my energy and sleep, and building simple habits that support the way I want to live and feel.
More recently, I discovered I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, which gave me even more motivation to continue caring for my body and mind with intention. Thankfully, I feel well and energised — and I’ve learned to listen to my body with curiosity and compassion.
One thing I’ve learned is this: we shouldn’t wait for a big problem to start taking care of our health. It’s the small changes we make consistently — with kindness and patience — that truly create long-term change.

I feel happiest when I’m fully present, not in the past, not in the future. When I feel immersed in a deep sense of inner calm.
I call this peace of mind—to me, that’s true happiness.
It’s not about having achieved everything, but knowing I’m in control, taking action, and following the right path.
Peace of mind happens when I’m living in coherence— when my thoughts, emotions, and actions are in sync.

Mediterranean flavour
I was born in Spain and had the luxury of enjoying nutrient-dense food, a wide variety of options, and plenty of sunshine!

Spain has amazing food, but often the way it's cooked or processed turns it into something less healthy.

Although I love many aspects of the Spanish lifestyle, I would never change my habit of eating around 6 pm here in London (instead of 9:30 pm in Madrid). This ensures my body has the night to detox and isn't busy digesting my dinner.
When I get lost, I go back to my three ingredients recipe

Outside my scope of practice
My role does not involve using in-depth nutrition or physiology knowledge to manage chronic or complex health conditions—that expertise belongs to qualified Nutritional Therapists and other health professionals.
Food is medicine, and applying it effectively requires a deep understanding of nutritional science. Always choose a qualified professional, verify their credentials, and be cautious—many short courses grant the title “nutritionist” without the necessary expertise for safe, effective guidance.

Excluded from the scope:
-
Assessing symptoms
-
Diagnosing conditions
-
Ordering functional testing
-
Interpreting lab results
-
Giving specific dietary advice
-
Suggesting permanent removal of food group
-
Prescribing treatments or therapeutic interventions
