Living with Hashimoto’s myself, I understand the journey. While I’m not a replacement for your doctor, I can guide and support you along the way.

Outside my Scope
My role does not involve using in-depth nutrition or physiology knowledge to manage chronic or complex health conditions—that expertise belongs to qualified Nutritional Therapists and other health professionals.
Food is medicine, and applying it effectively requires a deep understanding of nutritional science. Always choose a qualified professional, verify their credentials, and be cautious—many short courses grant the title “nutritionist” without the necessary expertise for safe, effective guidance.

How can I help with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis is an autoimmune condition that requires management by a Nutritional Therapist (NT) or Doctor. This may involve thyroid medication, blood tests, and specific supplements.
Dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and mind-body techniques are key to managing the condition. Once you have a plan from your doctor or NT, the real challenge is implementing it.
This is where my coaching can help. As someone managing Hashimoto's myself, I understand what you're going through and can guide you on the path to better health.

My qualification was awarded by the International Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) in Ireland, and I adhere to their code of practice

IINH is aligned in scope, practice and ethical standards with the professional body for the United Kingdom and Ireland – the UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA)

I am a Registered Health Coach, which means I adhere to their code of conduct and work under their scope of practice
